TaxSaveIQ is owned and operated by Wealth Building Academy LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information when you access or use TaxSaveIQ, including our website, calculators, saved scenarios, account features, dashboards, reports, educational tools, future AI-assisted features, and related services. By using TaxSaveIQ, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Important Notice About Tax and Financial Information

TaxSaveIQ provides educational tax calculators and planning scenarios. It is not intended to collect or store complete tax returns, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, full employer records, payroll files, tax transcripts, IRS notices, or other highly sensitive documents.

You should not enter highly sensitive personal information into TaxSaveIQ unless specifically requested and necessary for a feature we clearly provide.

TaxSaveIQ is designed to help users estimate and save educational tax scenarios, not to replace tax preparation software, professional tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, investment advice, payroll advice, or financial planning advice.

We do not intend to directly store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment processors may collect payment details, billing addresses, transaction information, subscription status, and payment history under their own privacy and security practices.

If AI-assisted features are enabled, information you submit to those features may be processed by third-party AI service providers.

You should not submit Social Security numbers, full tax returns, bank account numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information into AI features.

AI-assisted content is for educational purposes only and should not be treated as professional advice. We may update this Privacy Policy before launching production AI features.
